Lynx Sleep™ Pro - Sound Sleep Mask

This sleep mask is amazing. I listen to my sleep meditation and it allows me to easily fall asleep. It is soft and comfortable. I recently had an issue with it not charging and not connecting with my bluetooth. I reached out to customer service and they promptly agreed to fix the issue with a new mask as it was still under warranty.

LOVE this item! I suffer from frequent migraines and use this whenever I need to lie down and rest. The inside of the mask is incredibly soft and comfortable, is a good fit, easy to adjust, and it really does block the light. The headphones have good sound and connect easily to my phone. The battery lasts a long time and charges well. The velcro band on the back is a tiny bit uncomfortable but it's not bad. The eye mask/headphone combo is wonderful for me because when I have long flights, have a migraine episode, or just wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep (thank you, perimenopause), this mask helps me to actually rest or fall asleep more quickly. It is one of the things that is saving my life in this season...I accidentally left it on the plane on our last trip and immediately ordered another one. Not gonna say I can't live without it but it is definitely in my top 5 don't want to live without it.

I’m improving my sleep habits bit by bit. A natural night owl, I had allowed myself to drift into 2 a.m. bedtime after retirement. In midlife I thought I only needed to be in bed for 6 hours. Guess what? With a wearable, I learned I needed to plan for 8 hours of bedtime to ensure I got 7 hours 20 minutes of sleep my body preferred. Do the math: 2 a.m. plus 8 hours equals a 10 a.m. wake-up alarm, yet the sun rises at 6 a.m…. A sleep mask has helped a lot.

Then I started using sleep hypnosis, and a coach mentioned her reasonably priced sleep mask with headphones. This LC-dolida has a deeper eye cup so my eyelashes won’t be mashed. It’s soft and comfortable on the head. The speakers are fairly flat, so I can even wear them comfortably when I sleep on my side.

From what I’ve read, such sleep masks can be washed but the speakers must be removed first. However there are many reviews saying the mask stretches out after washing (regardless of brand). I would opt to wash my face before sleeping, and to replace the sleep mask rather than wash it, especially at this price point.

The LC-dolida line includes a sleep headphone with silk fabric, which is supposed to be kinder to facial skin. The price for that is considerably higher. I have not encountered any rash or other reaction to the sleep headphone mask I bought.

I have owned this for 9 months so far. I have switched to abstract Endel background sleep sounds as a personal preference. The combination lulls me to sleep…

I love this sleep mask! Although it is quite substantial, it is incredibly comfortable. It has an adjustable strap so its not too tight and the inside padding is soft and goes all around the edges. I listen to pod casts when i cant sleep, so no more uncomfortable ear pods! The sound quality of the speakers is great!
